Completed Application Deadline for Fall 2023 Submission June 1, 2023

Take the residual ACT or have a national ACT score
- Take the residual ACT - Contact the Collegiate High office at 423-697-4492 for an admission slip.
- There is a $48.50 testing fee (Grades 10-12) for the residual ACT. This test is only used for admission into Collegiate High. A residual ACT score CANNOT be used to apply for college or scholarships - only a national ACT can be used for this.
Complete the Collegiate High application, plus:
- Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Letter
- Provide an Official High School Transcript, Attendance Record, Discipline Record
- Complete a Parent Student Agreement
- Provide a copy of ACT score(s)
Complete the Dual Enrollment Scholarship Application
- Juniors and seniors only
Schedule an interview
- Parent and student will be interviewed
